Cancellation Policy

There is an automatic 50% cancellation fee for booked services that are not cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. Full payment of booked services will be processed from debit or credit card on file if the appointment is cancelled the day of the scheduled booking. There is a 15 minute late arrival grace period for booked appointments.
